A CPV, or "COMPAS Play View", is the unit for measuring and paying for the usage of the COMPAS Unified Playbook Platform. A CPV occurs when a Teammate views a Play -- gaining execution or insights value.

COMPAS measures CPV credits on an on-going and real-time basis but we invoice only once a month, on the 1st of each month. You can see your CPV credits consumption any time under the Settings and Billing tab options. For invoicing purposes, we measure the CPV credits on the “last-day-last-minute” of each month.
You will not be surprised by the potential of exceeding your CPV package. Before you exceed your package, the COMPAS Platform will notify your Playbook Administrator that you are getting close to running out of CPVs. Separately, our Customer Success team will also contact you to ensure that you are aware of it, in case that you did not see the notifications. If you do exceed your package, we will notify your users as they try to view a Play that they cannot see the Play until the Playbook Administrator purchases additional CPVs and encourage them to contact the Playbook Administrator ASAP.
Yes, CPV credits expire monthly. CPV credits do not roll over. COMPAS believes that by allowing you to upgrade and downgrade monthly that you should not feel that you are ‘wasting’ or ‘losing’ CPVs monthly.
Usage pricing may feel unpredictable but COMPAS pricing gives you guardrails, peace of mind, by allowing you to:
A) purchase a limited number of CPV credits per month so that you can learn about your playbooks’ usage
B) monitor your playbook dashboard & notifications, and/or
C) purchase CPVs (annual plan) so that you can consume CPVs flexibly - in case of usage peaks
Usage pricing is much better than over-paying for users that never even login to your applications! BUT most important, if the users are overusing the playbook platform, it means that they are seeing value and you should be happy to pay for value to grow and scale with confidence! In fact, COMPAS is taking on the risk if your team gains value or not – not you.
No, we actually provide you with a more flexible approach with over 12 CPV credit buckets to meet your needs. In addition, we charge for overage used CPVs WITHOUT penalizing you with a much higher price per CPV above your monthly purchase.
You can upgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you'll immediately be charged the difference between what you have already paid and the cost of the new plan. There are not penalties for doing so. All of the new incremental CPVs will be immediately available to you.
You can downgrade at any time, and the downgrade will take place at your next renewal monthly cycle. For example, if you downgrade on January 20, and your renewal date is February 1st, you will be billed for the lower plan and see less CPVs starting on February 1st.

For sure, you will have the option to setup an automatic purchase of CPV credits as the Playbook Administrator upon reaching zero CPV credits.
You and your team have unlimited access to and use of all of COMPAS’ powerful features during a 30 days trial so that you can do a solid review and experience the full potential of COMPAS’ Unified Playbook Platform.
At the end of your 30-day trial, your access will be blocked until you upgrade to a GROWTH pack. We keep all of your work for up to 90 days the end of the your 30-day trial.
Absolutely. We believe in the power of flexibility and transparency. We do not want you to feel that you have to pay for additional CPVs that you do not utilize.
You can cancel anytime. We will cancel your account on the last day of the month that your notify us.
Yes! When you choose to pre-pay for more CPVs and for a year of service, you'll receive a discount compared to 12 monthly payments. We also offer an additional 40% discount for non-profits.
No, for the 30-day Free Trial, we follow a opt-in approach where you sign up for free without including any payment information. For the GROWTH Pack, yes we require a credit card.
We accept all major credit cards! For Premier Services customers (at least 2,000 CPVs per month with annual billing), we also accept bank transfers and ACH – only automatic ones set for a specific date of the month.
